Coal is mainly mined by two methods:underground mining and open-pit mining, however, the transfer of finished materials is mainly conducted through a belt, therefore you can only rely on an efficient operation of the mining equipment without its unexpected shutdown. It is also very easy to break down the process of transporting thousands of tons of coal every day within a few kilometers. Inaccurate conveyor system can easily damage transfer points of the equipment or cause spilled materials to fall from the conveyor belt. The material may stick to the belt and then be sent back to the equipment, where a shutdown may be required to clean it. Spilled dust may spread into the air, causing health and safety risks.
